TAIWAN BELIEVES CHINA IS PREPARED FOR A FULL-SCALE INVASION

Taiwan officials say that China is using it's military war drills to prepare for a full-scale invasion. The news broke this morning by CNBC's Shepard Smith.

China said its military maneuvers were prompted by a visit to Taiwan last week by U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. But Taiwans foreign minister Joseph Wu, says

China is using its anger over US speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit was just an excuse to do so.

“China has used the drills in its military playbook to prepare for the invasion of Taiwan,” he said. “It is conducting large-scale military exercises and missile launches, as well as cyber-attacks, disinformation, and economic coercion, in an attempt to weaken public morale in Taiwan.”

CHINA HOLDING LIVEFIRE DRILLS

After Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced should was going to visit China there has been much talk about how China would respond. Well now /things are getting pretty intense between the US and China. Several reports detail China will be initiating live fire drill exercises near Taiwan. This is in reaction to the news that the US military has moved a Navy strike group into the South China Sea led by the USS Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier.
